Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE)
Lessons nurture children to be confident and successful, increasing their capacity to learn and preparing them for the challenges of the modern world. The objective is to provide children with opportunities to develop their emotional intelligence and life skills. PSHE is taught through discrete lessons from PP2 (Reception) to Form 4 (Year 6). PSHE is enhanced by activities and presentations organised outside the discrete delivery of PSHE and Circle Time.
"Respect for and tolerance of others permeate all aspects of school life. Positive relationships between staff and pupils, and amongst the pupils, are evident and this leads to a culture of mutual trust and security. Pupils feel safe physically and emotionally when they are at school."
